Josh has been in the building industry for over 10 years, beginning his career with a carpentry apprenticeship focused on high-end architectural homes across the Mornington Peninsula. His dedication and attention to detail saw him awarded Apprentice of the Year in 2019, before becoming fully qualified shortly after.
With extensive experience across both domestic construction and commercial projects, Josh expanded his expertise into commercial site supervision, gaining valuable insight into large-scale project management. He achieved a major career milestone by becoming a Registered Builder before the age of 25, holding a Domestic Builder Unlimited licence, and has since further broadened his capabilities by obtaining his Commercial Builder Low Rise licence.
While Josh still enjoys being on the tools, his primary focus lies in overseeing construction projects from start to finish and managing the day-to-day operations of the business. His leadership ensures each project runs efficiently, smoothly, and to the highest standard.

With over 10 years of experience, Nathanael's passion for building was shaped from an early age, growing up alongside his father, who was also a builder. This early exposure laid the foundation for a strong appreciation of quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Nathanael completed his carpentry apprenticeship on the Mornington Peninsula, gaining experience across new homes, renovations, and landscaping projects. After becoming fully qualified in 2019, he successfully ran his own carpentry business, building a reputation for high-quality workmanship and strong client relationships.
Taking a hands-on role within Prominent Builders, Nathanael leads from the front. He is known for his precision, keen eye for detail, and clear, honest communication, ensuring every project meets both the client's expectations and the team's own high standards.
Our team
Behind Josh and Nathanael is a crew of five: four apprentice carpenters, one of whom is also a qualified landscaper, and a qualified carpenter. Together they form a tight-knit team that takes pride not only in their work, but in the culture they have built.
